Primary Roles And Responsibilities

  • Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance.
  • Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department.
  • Resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances.
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Providing HR policy guidance, developing the HR agenda, improving and monitoring employee productivity, structuring compensation and benefits packages, managing staff wellness initiatives, engaging with heads of departments, and assessing and anticipating human resources-related needs.


  • Ensuring privacy and security in the operational area.
  • Implementing controls related to incidence response management, user acceptance of new applications, data classification and secure disposal of classified data.
  • Ensuring information is handled as per our data classification policy.
  • Communicating the contractual requirement of information security to the ISMS team.
  • Monitoring and controlling changes to the information processing facilities.
  • Driving the Quality concept in the organization.
  • Preparing trend charts as per the departmental objectives & targets.
  • Maintaining reports required as per QMS.
