JOB SUMMARY

The role will be responsible for developing collaborative partnerships with local stakeholders and HR colleagues and is responsible for translating talent recruitment and Sales & Marketing strategies into concrete initiatives. This role will also require lead Diversity & Inclusion for the organization and be an HR Business Partner for a few functions.

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy Formulation: Assist & recommend the Management while formulating the local HR Strategy on Diversity & inclusion and Talent Acquisition & Talent Marketing (TM). Aligning and initiating activities that are in-line with the HR Strategy.
  • Culture Development, OD, L&D and PMS.
  • Employer Branding - Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events • Co-Lead together with the local communication team employment branding initiatives.
  • Talent Marketing Analysis - Define and manage all data (in terms of reporting) and metrics to ensure relevant TM analysis.
  • HR Business Partnering Partner with the business and drive initiatives to improve the employee engagement for the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management – Manage various internal & external stakeholders with proactive support, whenever required.
  • Internal Movements & Role Changes – Assist the Management in operationalizing the internal movements and role changes within the organization. Manage internal communication of talent movement, both internal & external.
  • Policy & Processes: Contribute in designing, formulate Recruitment policies and processes as per the need and modifying the policies if need be.
  • HR/financial reports and budgeting – Collaborate with Management on Recruitment and Manpower Budget Planning exercise in co-ownership with Talent Management
  • HR Strategic Projects – Work with the Management on certain Strategic HR Projects, such as Job Evaluation, Benchmarking, Manpower Planning, etc.

B. SKILL REQUIREMENTS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Post graduate in Masters in Business Administration (MBA) specialization in Human Resources
  • 15+ years of HR generalist experience, with majority focus on TA, TM & HRBP
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HR practices, specifically in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Employer Branding & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
